i think they used to be the old commands, its changed now, so ATC log on/off by using Flight Strip instead, as for !s and !t, i dont think they work anymore, i think it was something to do with ATC'S not loggin off, so it would appear that a airport is controled that wasnt, |

On our server ATC use the flight strip software, and you create a tower position and go on line with this. In effect it does the same thing but slightly better. I think I cover this in the help page on here for commands |
