FSX Ground Radar

I cant find the key to bring up the ground radar for ATC in FSX.

Hi Reilly.

FSX only has a standard RADAR, however if you have Flight strips or Flight Commander, they have ground RADAR capabilities or better still, click on this link
http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php%3Foption=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=6&Itemid=13.html and you will find charts based on these airports but only in the UK.

If your after charts around the world, that's where you'll have to hit the search engine for those.

There is an add-on for FSX in respects to ground RADAR if you haven't already heard of it, called ADSE-X (Airport Surface Detection Equipment) and DOES work with FSX (I've tried it) however you will need about three screens to use this add-on as it is a little on the big side in terms of display.

OOPS missed out one piece of info regarding ASDE-X. At the moment, the software is, or was, based on 6 US airports but may have increased since but as in my previous post, you might need to increase your display width (number of monitors)
