Hey there Dave so i have been trying to fly to a few airports and when i put the airport code in pilot assistant some don't show up. For example Newquay airport (EGHQ). Now i can't remember all of them but i will keep you updated on the airports that are showing up as unknown. I'm just guessing this is because pilot assistant is linked to vroute and people don't fly in these airports so there was never a published route. Any idea?

Regards
Chris

Hi Chris, Because Newquay being also known as RAF St. Mawgan, hence the AB (AirBase), next to the name, it and ALL military airports are not recognised as a public airport in VRoute, that's why it will show as UNKNOWN and to rectify this problem would send Dave into meltdown (kidding :o)). If there is a way to fix the problem, great, otherwise its as is old chap. I had the same thing when I tried to do a flight from RAF Fairford and going by what you have said, no change since. :o/

Use the map in fsx, click on Newquay airport, what is the code in fsx? That is the code used by pilot assistant.
