Hi guys sorry this subject seams to be brought up a lot just wandering if there is something I have missed I have the open server running on a pc I can connect directly to that pc from the one I want to use to fly with via the IP address but when some one tries to join from a different pc elsewhere it says unable to connect to host firewall is disabled and router allowing ports 6112-6221 as usual for fsx multiplayer any ideas and sorry if this has been coverd previously many thanks James ????

Is the remote joiner using your WAN IP to connect?

Is the router forwarding ports to your internal ip?
Are you both on fsx sp2/acceleration,

Hi thanks for your response were using the wan ip that Shows up on fsopen and I have been on the router threw my internet provider page and have set it to forward the ports to my pc ip also I have changed windows firewall to allow fsx to be public

Don't think I had actually forwarded the ports to the PCs IP address thanks for the response much appreciated
