Benjamin Selmani 30th Sep 2014 09:11:12 | Hi im getting a error when i log in with flightstrips it says :
Unable to find you in an active fsopen session, im on the server connected its FSXEUROPE but it dont work only for me i tried other sessions and it worked but only with FSXEUROPE it doesnt work , then i tried to connect with my neighbors WI-FI he has another internet provider and it works with FSXEUROPE. |
Dave Wave 30th Sep 2014 09:25:53 | Are you running flightstrips on the same pc as fsx? |
Benjamin Selmani 30th Sep 2014 09:39:52 | yes |
Benjamin Selmani 30th Sep 2014 09:42:29 | fsxeurope and my internet doesn't work it only works when i change the wifi but other servers work with my connection |
Dave Wave 30th Sep 2014 23:45:43 | It sounds like your machine is presenting a different ip address for web traffic then it does for fsx. Could be several reasons for this but the most common is that you or your isp is using a proxy server for web traffic. Can you verify this? |
Benjamin Selmani 1st Oct 2014 14:55:04 | Can you give me instructions how to do this?
|
Dave Wave 1st Oct 2014 17:19:44 | Join a session and ask the host what is showing for your ip address, then go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and see if the number is the same. |
Benjamin Selmani 2nd Oct 2014 11:27:59 | Its the Same here are some pictures

Dave Wave 2nd Oct 2014 11:34:09 | Very strange, everyone else can use this session with no problem and you can use other sessions with no problem.
Perhaps your isp is doing something strange here. Has it ever worked with this session? |
Benjamin Selmani 2nd Oct 2014 11:37:29 | Yes it worked very good i was a driver on fsxeu and used the Flightstrips after im atc and the fsxeu server started changing ip and location itt didnt work more :( |
Pena Bravo 5th Oct 2014 13:16:16 | Dave,
We have a problem with some aircraft. they emit many packages. How can we avoid this? Thank you. |
