I play in realfsx and almost in all controlled airports there are a few people who don't tune to any frequency and just get in the way of the other aircraft trying to do something,i mean,i think if they want to do that they should go to some other uncontrolled airport, because of them many aircraft had to go-around or do something,so I was just wondering if it is possible to kick them

Administrators have this option available in FSOPEN... you can kick a player using the "!K player name" command and the "!B player name" command to ban, if necessary.

You can also list airports in the "Runway Guard" section to auto eject players which spawn on the active runway.

Note here... in fairness... If you have this set for the airport you are hosting from... You should have a method to per-advise players (you website, session description, etc) .... as by default... FSX will place any new player at the active runway when they join the session. Not everyone knows how to select parking gates before entering a session.

Thanks you for the reply, but even though in the default session information they say all that, they don't listen,i mean,i don't really mind if they do that, but they really get annoying sometimes, you get my point,i'm not talking about new players,i have no problem with them, just the ones who randomly land, takeoff, taxi, follow aircraft and get in the way of other aircraft activities while there is a controller, they really are annoying, and i used to try contacting them and telling them to either tune to the controller frequency or go to another airport because they're getting in the way,but they don't listen,so,well, anyways thanks
