friend can't connect to my server

Dave Wave 13th Jan 2013 09:57:47	Has anybody used fsopen server with Windows 8? Google reveals 2 answers to installing winpcap. 1. Make sure you are logged on as an administrator. 2. Set the winpcap installer to win 7 compatibility before running. Come back and let me know what you had to do to resolve.
