Virtual ACARS - Possible?
James Milligan 4th Jan 2012 20:49:57	Hi, Was thinking earlier about how ACARS is utilised in the modern commerical aviation inductry and wondered if a basic version of this could be implemented into FsOpen Pilot Assist or something? Basically clearences could be delivered through ACARS if the pilot requested (stating so in the Flightplan) The pilot would still have to read back the clearence - possibly stating a number that was assigned to the clearence or just a callsign, but this would still greatly free up the comms from problems such as the pilots not properly understanding the ATC and them having to repeat the clearence. Just an idea. thanks for reading.
