| Dave Wave 15th Dec 2011 23:54:52 | When the software starts it loads a page from our website to work out your ip address. Your antivirus software/firewall is probably blocking this. Most firewalls don't bother for outgoing connections but I know microsoft firewall will prompt the user for permission. If you say no then you won't be able to log on unless you configure your firewall again.
Suspect it's this or something similar causing your problem. |
