| Session Problems to FSOpen | |
Neil Murray 6th Nov 2011 12:35:56 | I have just started to experience problems when connecting to a session.
I have no problem with connecting direct to FSOpen server (78.150.97.171). I am guessing the problem may be related to my profile(?). If I use default King Air and select parking at an airport at the end of loading I receive message that I have been ejected. If try using default Bravo or SP172 the session loads and I am positioned at the airport and parking I requested but I am not able to file a correct Flight Plan. Specifically from Pilot Assistant the call sign is blank and there rubbish in the aircraft type field. |

Neil Murray 6th Nov 2011 14:48:46 | Thanks for your offer Dave.
I checked into teamspeak about 14:45 UK time but I guess I missed you. |
Dave Wave ![]() 6th Nov 2011 16:24:45 | Problem traced to a previous bug that had not been installed on our server.
Just re-built the server application. Server will need to be re-started before fix is complete. |
Neil Murray 7th Nov 2011 21:22:20 | Update: not sure what you did Dave but everthing is okay now.
Problems yesterday, getting ejected when loading session using default King Air with atc name = G-NJM, atc name = (anything else) worked - this is working now. Problem using Pilot Assistant to file flight plan using default sp172 or bravo - this is good now. As an additional bonus I can now connect to FSOpen server using ports 6112-6122. I have only been able to connect with ports 6112-6112 since 7th June. I have tested several time since that date. Ref: 'Unable to connect direct - but okay through GameSpy'. Thanks for your help Dave, regards Neil |
Dave Wave ![]() 7th Nov 2011 21:43:35 | Thanks Neil. My fault for not putting the fix in earlier.
Glad its ok now. |
