I just posted, about this as well; sort-of. Ours doesn't clear itself, but states that it has "Stopped Working".

You can view my post, if you want to compare notes.

Not trying to sound "snooty" here, but it is always helpful, to be a bit more descriptive when looking for answers. The version your server is running, any errors that you have noticed, etc.

As another suggestion, you could always check the system error logs if the program is just simply "gone". You can find them under Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. Look for any Yellow or (especially) Red entries. You could then look at what the issue was. It could be a simple Antivirus shutdown, but also something a bit more serious. Either way, you now have more information to give to Dave, which in turn helps him figure what has happened.

:-D Cheers!

I think the issue was due to our isp having problems.

I was away so couldn't chek for you.

Does everything work now?

I changed the software to account for the backend being down. This is what was causing the problem you and Curley described.

Secondly, it looks like we might have moved to a new server. Certainly the web site seems to be flying for the last hour.

I knew I shouldn't have made that post!

OK, so it looks like the server is still struggling. Still waiting for isp to confirm move!

Dave... I have assumed the server move is complete (based on what I saw in another post.) Just to let you know, if that is the case, I am still having issues with frequent timing out and server closings.

I thought it was Curley, I was told it would be and it had sped up. Alas it hasn't moved yet. Actually talking to them at this very moment for the 20th time this week.

Suspect the issues will be resolved by Monday.
