| FsOpen Server & Pilot assistant Issue | |
Jonathan Fleurent ![]() 8th Jul 2011 15:56:37 | Hi there, i have some problem with Fsopen Server. I have installed Pilot Assistant & FsOpen Server, I ve follow the instruction to set it. Now i run the server evrything is ok till there, ive host an FSX Gamespy game and it look like the Game and the server are not rely together. In the down lef corner off FSOpen, i can see: FSX starting, player:0
And with the Pilots Assistant, when i clic on (Flight Plan, Map) That gave me this error each time (cannot find matching player in the session with your IP adresse. You must wait a few minutes) Can anyone help me, im stuck right there. Thanks alot |

It should change from starting to on line when it detects the chat window. I'l send you an email and I'll sort. |

what do i do to make the fix |
Dave Wave ![]() 22nd Jul 2011 15:26:39 | If you have just installed then try a reboot on your machine.
On the server you should only run fsx and fsopen server. flightplans will not work for you if you are on the same network as the server sees you as a local ip address (192.168.X.X) where the database will see your real address. Your members will be fine though. You will show on the map providing you've connected from a 2nd pc. For a flightplan you will have to use the !f command. I'll see if I can find a better work around. |
