Laurence Woodside ![]() 25th Dec 2010 16:24:49 | Our next proposed project is to initiate a Flying Academy. This academy will offer a full training program teaching students how to fly .Christian made a comment in a thread that in FSX you seem to learn things backward .non more so than in basic pilot skills.
The proposed academy will take the student from novice through to your 5th stripe, clearly this will not be over a weekend, but students will be evaluated over a period of time suitable both to the Instructor and student alike. Training will be by studying supplied materials, one on one tutoring with Pilot mentor, and assessment by a Pilot examiner. All aspects of flying will be in the curriculum from basic control of the aircraft, theory and ATC from a pilots perspective. Clearly there will be a lot of work in the creation such a Flying Academy I would therefore be grateful to now if anyone would be interested is such a course and to see if the response would be favourable for us to set up such a course. |
