Some software conflicts can cause this. I know McAfee anti-virus can sometimes cause it along with AVG. Could also be a sign of bad RAM. In the command prompt (may have to run as administrator) cd\ to get back to C:\ (or whatever ur main disk is) then type: chkdsk /r

See what result it gives you.

You can check for bad RAM using a tool such as memtest86+ or microsoft own one at:
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

It should tell you if there are any errors. Then if it is bad RAM, if you know how to & you have multiple RAM strips in computer could just try out of interest removing them one by one to see if they stop the BSOD?

May just be a simple problem like anti-virus or a program causing a conflict though but it'll check for memory for you. If still a problem Microsoft will be able to check dump file (.dmp in your post) to diagnose further.

I can't help but admire the way operating systems think they are being helpful by showering you with an array of numbers and digits so that the user can easily sort out the problem :-D
Otherwise, sorry Paul but bluescreens are way out of my league and I have not a jiffy about how to fix your problem :( (Other than to adopt my approach and pound the keyboard with rage)

I'd do the same as Steve suggests, run memtest.

Are you getting bsod all the time or just in fsx?
