I'm using google translator!

I am using Windows 2008 R2 with firewall disabled and dmz on the router
Players entrarm usually in Flight Simulator X session (microsoft)
I downloaded and installed the WinPCap, restarted, downloaded and installed the FsOpen Server
Log in FSX and after when the roto FSOpen Server presents me the two errors of prints below.
But while I do not close the Server FSOpen it still sends bot text in chat, but does not respond to commands.

Already installed and removed several times, I am giving permission given including, but have not had success.

Any idea?

I just check the WinPcap is working properly and capturing all traffic through WinDump can observe, therefore:
WinPCap is working
There is no firewall
The router is in DMZ
Players usually connect in FSX session (microsoft)
Even with all these checks the problem persists, how can I get help?

Are you running as administrator?
Is your antivirus software maybe interfering?

There is no antivirus software running
fsopen Server 2 is running in administrator mode
I ask you to help me to solve this issue, because I intend to mount a legal server listed with fsopen

Have you got another pc you could try running it on.
I want to understand if it is your network or your server that is causing the problem.

I see you have a static ip address. Makes me think that you are maybe behind a router doing some sort of address translation which makes it hard for open server to work out what network card to monitor.

If there is more than one port/WiFi card please disable all but the one you use to connect to the internet.

If that still fails please send me details of your network setup.
