Interested to see how many subs you have had for the software, I suspect not a lot? Take a leaf from the way Dave Wave does FSopen: Limited number for a free version say 5 users Then charge for the full version a reasonable price or scale for number of users 10, 20 etc. On your web site show active users etc... You have very little chance in getting people to pay for it unless you drop the price and be reasonable. I mean you chat a lot about it and really is there a big market for it I think not.
